On November 10, the Contra Costa Transportation Authority hosted the kick-off meeting of the Contra Costa Spare the Air Resource Team. At the meeting participants learned about the Air District’s Spare the Air Resource Teams and discussed air quality issues and priority areas of need in the County. The Team began the process of identifying its first project. Participants represented transportation, community and health organizations from the around the County.
