The Odor Evaluation Technical Conference was a first-of-its-kind odor symposium hosted by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and featured nationally and internationally recognized experts in the science of odor evaluation and monitoring equipment. Understanding and identifying odors is an emerging science. Conference sessions included community and industry perspectives, and explored the science of odors, odor evaluation, and new technologies that are emerging to detect and analyze odors. Please contact Jim Smith at (415) 749-4631, or jsmith@baaqmd.gov if you have questions regarding the conference.
