The Strategic Incentives Division (SID) administers a number of programs that fund projects to reduce emissions from qualifying on road heavy-duty diesel and light duty vehicles. The funds can be used to replace existing vehicles, retrofit vehicles with emission control devices, or be used towards the purchase of new vehicles.
