It is the function of the Budget and Finance Committee to assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the District and to present the annual budget with recommendations to the District Board of Directors. The Budget and Finance Committee is also responsible for approving administrative policy proposed by the APCO in the area of finance, procurement, insurance and related matters.
At Budget review time each year the Committee shall evaluate District goals and objectives and recommend to the Board of Directors any changes, deletions and additions which it determines to be appropriate.
