The HR Owl provides information on various HR-related topics in a question and answer format.  The Owl has its own e-mail address so you can ask for clarification of an answer on a topic or make suggestions for other topics the Owl might address.

The HR Owl is careful in providing answers that are consistent with the MOU and Administrative Code.  Should there be an apparent conflict from time to time it is unintentional.  The MOU and Administrative Code supersede answers provided by the HR Owl.
