The District is conducting a 30-day Public Comment period that ends on December 1, 2003 for the issuance of a Notice of Exemption for CEQA and a preliminary decision to approve Pacific Gas and Electric Company's application to bank Interchangeable Emission Reduction Credits (IERCs), in accordance with District Regulation 2, Rule 9, at PG&E Co.’s Hunters Point Power Plant in San Francisco, CA. (Permit Application Number 7375). The plant is located at 1000 Evans Avenue, San Francisco.
