The Bay Area Air Quality Management District, in collaboration with the City of Richmond Planning Department, will conduct a community meeting to discuss Chevron's Energy & Hydrogen Renewal Project.  The public meeting will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at the RRC Social Hall, 3230 Macdonald Avenue, Richmond, California.
