The Air District is developing revisions to its permitting programs through amendments to Regulation 2, Rule 6: Permits - Major Facility Review. Amendments to Rule 2-6 are being developed, along with amendments to Rule 2-1, Rule 2-2, and Rule 2-4, to make significant changes to the New Source Review pre-construction permit program and the Title V Major Facility Review operating permit program.
