The High Mileage Fleet Program is an incentive program that offers grant funding to help offset a portion of the cost of purchasing or leasing new light- and medium-duty zero-emissions vehicles for very high mileage fleets that operate within the Air District’s jurisdiction.
In fiscal year ending 2021, up to $2 million is available and will be awarded to qualifying projects on a first-come, first-served basis. This program is funded through the Air District’s Transportation Fund for Clean Air Regional Fund, which provides grants to improve air quality within the nine-county Bay Area by reducing emissions of criteria pollutants from on-road vehicles.
For a complete list of eligibility requirements and application instructions, please review the Program Guidance(401 Kb PDF, 10 pgs, posted 6/15/2020) and other materials referenced below in the Resources section.
