Wood Burning Prohibited

Spare the Air Alert in effect through Friday, October 2.  Wood burning is banned.  Burn bans can occur year-round for wildfires. XXX Rule Information / Description: 11-18 Anja Sample This11-18 draft regulation applies to large11-18bulk material and construction sites, and disturbed surfaces greater than one acre. It prohibits significant trackout of dirt and other solids onto adjacent roadways, and prohibits significant visible emissions from vehicle traffic over trackout. No trackout can remain at the end of each workday, and cleanup of trackout must meet significant visible emissions limits. The regulation also requires trackout and visible emissions to be monitored every four hours11-18
