The flow is determined using an orifice calculation based on the orifice size in the lines and the line pressure upstream of the orifice.

P&P, Vent Gas Emissions were modified to include methane from purge and pilots, using 98% and 99.5% respectively.
During flaring, purges are part of vent gas flow.
