Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program
These resources provide information for initiating a telework policy at your workplace. This policy can be added to the current commuter benefits offered by your organization. A telework policy allows you to comply with the Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program through Option 4 or Option 5.
If an employer removes existing commuter benefits already being offered to employees, then Option 5: Telework will need to be approved by the Air District(97 Kb PDF, 2 pgs, posted 5/21/2021) on a case-by-case basis.
