The graphs in the documents below are based on the monthly reports that each refinery submits to the Air District. The monitoring data for each flare are subject to flare monitoring and reporting requirements(41 Kb PDF, 8 pgs, revised 4/24/2018). Flare data posted to this page is subject to change when new information is obtained by the Air District.
These graphs show emissions for methane, non-methane hydrocarbons, and sulfur dioxide. The emissions are calculated from direct vent gas flows, not by measuring actual emissions. The vertical axis shows the estimated tons of pollutant emissions per year.
