The Air District is announcing the launch of a web tool that provides searchable information for all the notices of violation, or NOVs, that the agency has issued within the past five years. This new web tool allows the public to access enforcement information concerning NOVs issued to facilities across the Bay Area.

At a public hearing today, the Air District released the 2024 Toxic Air Contaminant Program Annual Report, along with a user-friendly new web page that allows members of the public to view toxic emission data from a comprehensive map of permitted facilities in the Bay Area. 

Get an illustrative breakdown of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by pollutant, year, county, source sector and sub-sector.

Learn about the toxic air contaminants emissions and prioritization scores for permitted facilities within the Bay Area for the latest available year.

The Air District has launched a new online civic engagement tool, Open Air Forum, which offers the public a new opportunity to interact with the Air District and provide feedback on specific Air District topics.

The Air District's Remote Work Policy Clearinghouse web page includes a complete remote work toolkit, featuring resources and guidance, model teleworking agreements, and information on equity considerations and ergonomics.
