Smoky, hazy skies may be visible and the smell of smoke is possible. Pollutant levels are NOT expected to exceed the national 24-hour health standard and there is no Spare the Air Alert in effect.

Smoke from the Pedro Fire is expected to impact air quality throughout the Bay Area on Wednesday. Hazy skies may be visible and the smell of smoke is possible at high elevations. Air quality is expected to be in the Moderate category on the Air Quality Index.

Smoke from the Six Rivers Lightning Complex Fire in Humboldt and Trinity counties is expected to continue to impact the Bay Area tomorrow. Isolated pockets of elevated air pollution levels are possible; however, pollution levels are not expected to exceed the national 24-hour standard. A Spare the Air Alert is not in effect for Wednesday and air quality is not expected to be unhealthy. Smoky, hazy skies may be visible and the smell of smoke may be present tomorrow.

Smoky, hazy skies may be visible across the Bay Area and the smell of smoke is possible at higher elevations, especially in the East Bay, North Bay and Santa Clara Valley regions. Pollutant levels are not expected to exceed the national 24-hour health standard. A Spare the Air Alert is not in effect.
