Air Quality Advisory

On Friday and Saturday, smoke from the August Complex Fire may impact the North Bay and parts of the East Bay, causing smoky and hazy skies. Speaker Requests

The Air District offers air quality-related presentations to local communities and civic, education, transportation, and health-based groups. Air District staff also participate in numerous community events around the Bay Area. Contact the Community Engagement Office at (415) 749-4900 to schedule an Air District speaker for your event.

Air District Tours

Tours of the Air District are available for visiting officials and class-size student groups. Tours may include a visit to the air quality and meteorology laboratories and, upon request, discussions of professional or educational interest.
