Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees would include revisions to the Air District's fee schedules and increases to specific Regulation 3 fees. These amendments would be effective for the Air District’s Fiscal Year Ending (FYE) 2027, which begins on July 1, 2026.
The Air District held a virtual public workshop on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Staff presented the proposed amendments along with the proposed FYE 2027 budget to the Finance and Administration Committee on March 18, 2026. On April 15, 2026, staff presented the proposed amendments for a second time to the Finance and Administration Committee.
The first public hearing was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
The recording and materials from the public workshop, both Finance and Administration Committee meetings, and the first public hearing are available below in the "Hearings, Workshops and Other Events" table.
A second public hearing will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, during which the Board will consider adoption of the proposed amendments.
