The Air District is announcing that a consent decree lodged last year in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania by the Air District, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and other local agencies with Lehigh Cement and Lehigh White Cement to reduce harmful air emissions has been approved by the court.

El Distrito para el Control de la Calidad del Aire del Área de la Bahía (Bay Area Air Quality Management District, BAAQMD) no discrimina por motivos de raza, origen nacional, identificación con un grupo étnico, ascendencia, religión, edad, género, orientación sexual, identidad de género, expresión de género, color, información genética, afección médica o discapacidad mental o física, o cualquier otro atributo o creencia protegidos por la ley en la administración de sus programas o actividades, y el BAAQMD no intimida ni toma represalias contra ninguna persona o grupo por haber ejercido sus derechos a participar en acciones protegidas por la ley u oponerse a acciones prohibidas por el Código de Regulaciones Federales (Code of Federal Regulations, CFR), Título 40, partes 5 y 7, o con el fin de interferir con tales derechos.
