Title V Applicability Criteria - Major Facility
- Major Facility: A facility with the potential to emit pollutants equal to or greater than one or more major source thresholds as follow:
- 100 tons per year of a criteria air pollutant (NOx, SO2, Pb, VOC, CO or PM10);
- 10 tons per year of a Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP). (The initial list of HAPs is in CAA section 112(b), EPA has the authority to revise the list and should be consulted for the current list.); or
- 25 tons per year of any combination of HAPs.
