Priority Climate Action Plan

Overview
The first phase of this planning effort is a Priority Climate Action Plan(2 Mb PDF, 54 pgs, posted 2024/2/29), comprised of GHG reduction measures, supporting analyses, and a GHG inventory for high-priority sectors. The PCAP focuses on two priority sectors: passenger vehicles and residential buildings. The development of the PCAP took place from April 2023 to February 2024. More information on the measures, development process, and engagement efforts can be found in the plan document.
