Contracting Opportunities

The Procurement section of the Business Office is responsible for acquiring goods and/or services offering the best value, consistent with required specifications, from responsive and responsible vendors so that proper and efficient operations are maintained within the Air District through procedures bound together by ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Procurement Process

The Air District generally procures supplies, equipment, and general and professional services through Requests for Proposal, Requests for Qualifications, or Requests for Quotation. These requests describe the Air District’s requirements and the process for submitting an offer. All offers MUST be submitted online through the OpenGov eProcurement Portal.
