Regulation 3: Fees - 2026 Amendment (Effective 7/1/2026)

Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees were adopted by the Air District's Board of Directors at a public hearing on June 3, 2026:

Proposed amendments to Regulation 3: Fees were adopted by the Board of Directors on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. These amendments are effective for the Air District's Fiscal Year Ending (FYE) 2027, which begins on July 1, 2026.

The Air District held a virtual public workshop on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Staff presented the proposed amendments along with the proposed FYE 2027 budget to the Finance and Administration Committee on March 18, 2026. On April 15, 2026, staff presented the proposed amendments for a second time to the Finance and Administration Committee.

The first public hearing was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Written comments on the proposed amendments were accepted through May 15, 2026.

The second public hearing was held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.  During this hearing, the Board adopted the proposed amendments.
