Rajiv Dabir, P.E.

Rajiv Dabir is a Clean Energy and Sustainability professional with more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in successfully managing P&L, strategy, development, and operations for public and private enterprises. Most recently he served as the District Business Line Leader for Energy in Northern California, for WSP USA Inc. (WSP), helping clients towards a sustainable future through decarbonization and achieving Net Zero goals. Prior to WSP, Rajiv led the Sustainability and Energy Division teams at the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) responsible for implementing a long-term Sustainability Action Plan focused on reducing BART’s and the Bay Area's environmental footprint by conserving energy, reducing emissions, reducing waste generation, conserving water, and adapting to climate changes. Prior to BART, Rajiv was the Senior Director of Product Management at Ygrene Energy Fund, SunEdison and Sunrun.

Mr. Dabir earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi. He is Pragmatic Marketing certified, a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and author of two patents.
