Valero Refinery in Benicia notified the Air District of ongoing flaring due to a planned shutdown of refinery equipment. Air District inspectors will be closely monitoring. Report air quality complaints: 800-334-ODOR or online.

- 學校 和負擔過重社區的公告 （法規2，規則1，第412節）(407 Kb PDF, 47 pgs, posted 2022/5/26)
- 如果新排放源和整改後排放源的許可申請預計涉及排放任何有害空氣污染物或毒性空氣污染物，且排放地點附近1,000英尺範圍內有幼兒園至12年級學校（學生人數超過12人），則將觸發「水源法案告示」或學校通知。
- 如果新排放源和整改後排放源許可申請要求進行健康風險評估，且排放地點位於 負擔過重社區 (Overburdened Community, OBC) 所示的OBC內，則將觸發負擔過重社區 (OBC) 通知。
- 新的主要設施或現有設施重大整改（法規2，規則2，第405節）(346 Kb PDF, 25 pgs, revised 2018/4/24)：新的主要設施或重大整改許可申請，或需要遵守預防嚴重惡化或最大可達成控制技術要求的設施。
- 減排量儲值 （法規2，規則2，第405節）(346 Kb PDF, 25 pgs, revised 2018/4/24)：每年40噸以上減排量的儲集申請。
- 主要設施審查 / 第五章許可 （法規2，規則 6，第412節）(252 Kb PDF, 21 pgs, revised 2018/4/24): 符合法規2，規則6規定的第五章許可重大修改所定義的第五章許可續展和申請。
- 全設施健康風險評估（法規11，規則18）：空氣局對可能存在高健康風險的現有設施開展全設施健康風險評估。
- 設施風險減低計劃（法規11，規則18，第405.2節）：經認定健康風險達到或超過風險行動等級的現有設施，必須制定並實施經空氣局批准的風險降低計劃。
- 空氣毒物「熱點」資訊與評估法案 （AB 2588，加州健康與安全法典 (California Health and Safety Code) 第44362節）：發現設施排放毒性空氣污染物且引起重大健康風險。
- 加州空氣環境品質法案 （公共資源法典第21000節以及下列等等）：項目在該法律下觸發環境審查，空氣局是該法律的主導機構。
