2008 年 11 月 19 日，灣區空氣品質管理局董事會採納了條例 8 規則 20 第 408 節——小型設施登記。包含印刷工藝作業的所有設施如落在該行政要求範圍內，必須向灣區空氣品質管理局登記其作業，並支付相關費用。
