Permit Applications

The table below contains a list of permit applications received by the Air District for the last 2 years. Please note the following:

  • The project description is typically provided by the applicant.
  • Projects may change during an evaluation, until the Air District takes final action.
  • The Air District usually takes final action on New Source Review permits within 35 business days of receiving a complete application.
  • Some applications require public notice and a public comment period.

Under the California Public Records Act, individuals have the right to review public records held by the Air District, including much of the information on permit applications. Visit the Public Records Request page for more information.

Public Comments for all New or Modified Permit Applications

The Air District accepts public comments on any permit during the review process. Certain types of large facilities such as Title V or facilities within 1,000 feet of a school require formal comment periods and public notifications for new or modified source permits. Other smaller facilities applying for routine types of permits do not require public notifications under the law.

For questions on permit status and comment deadlines, or to submit a comment on a specific permit application, please contact the Air District Permit Ombudsman. You may request a copy of the permit application. Once an application is deemed complete as far as all submittal requirements and fees, the Air District has 35-business days to evaluate and take final action on a permit. All comments must be received before this period is complete.
