The  Air District announced today that Tesoro Refining & Marketing Co. has agreed to pay $915,700 to settle air quality violations at its Golden Eagle Refinery in Martinez. 

The Air District is requesting an abatement order from the agency’s independent Hearing Board to correct air quality violations at Tesla’s electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Fremont.

The Air District announced today that it has fined Vulcan Materials Co. $228,000 for air quality violations which occurred in 2021 at Vulcan’s manufacturing plant in Pleasanton.
