Áp dụng để xác nhận rằng máy đun, máy phát điện hơi nước và máy sưởi quy trình đã đạt yêu cầu của Địa Hạt Không Khí

Có hiệu lực vào ngày 01 tháng Giêng năm 2011, Quy Định 9, Điều Lệ 7 buộc phải đăng ký các nồi hơi, máy phát điện bằng hơi nước và máy sưởi quy trình nhất định với Địa Hạt và tuân thủ các giới hạn phát thải nêu ra trong điều lệ.

Chủ sở hữu hoặc nhân viên vận hành các loại máy đun nhỏ không tuân thủ quy định, có lượng nhiệt cấp vào định mức nằm trong khoảng 2-10 triệu BTU/giờ có thể đủ điều kiện tuân thủ Lệnh Quy Định của Chương Trình Giảm Tải Khí Thải áp dụng đối với Máy Đun Nhỏ để có thêm thời gian lắp đặt hoặc trang bị thêm máy đun đáp ứng giới hạn khí thải theo Quy Định 9, Điều Lệ 7 hiện hành.
