A call to the Hotline connects you to a compliance specialist who will get you the answers you need quickly and efficiently. The specialist will answer questions about compliance for your particular operation, including applicable regulations, record keeping, permitting and more. If you need additional technical assistance, a Courtesy Site Visit by a technical advisor can be arranged.

Welcome to the Administrative Services Division 

The Administrative Services Division provides business, Finance, Human Resources, and Strategic Facilities services to the District.

Business Office

The Business Office provides business and fleet services to the District.  Services provided by the Business Office include:

  • Mail; Shipping and Receiving
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Photocopies and Reproduction Orders
  • Purchasing and Distributing Office Supplies
  • Subscriptions
  • Green Business Development
  • Fleet Vehicle Supply and Maintenance
  • Fleet Management Administration
  • Purchase Order Development and Management
  • Procurement Oversight
  • RFPs and RFQs
  • Insurance and Risk Management

Finance Office

The Finance Office is responsible for maintaining the fiscal stewardship and financial accountability of the District.  The program includes receipt and disbursement of District funds, and associated accounting activities. Accounting staff ensure that all receipts and expenditures are consistent with the approved District budget. Staff is also responsible for the maintenance of the TFCA, federal and state grant funding.

Human Resources Office

The goal of the Human Resources Office is to support the District's mission and goals through provision of high quality Human Resource Programs.  Services provided by the Human Resources Office to District staff, the public, and the Board of Directors include:

  • Recruiting and applicant testings
  • Policy development and administration
  • Processing personnel actions
  • Orientation, training, and staff development
  • Administration of the classification and compensation plans
  • Managing labor and employee relations, including contract negotiation and administration, grievance handling, and discipline
  • Equal opportunity in employment
  • Benefits administration
  • Employee performance appraisal and recognition programs
  • Advice and consultation on all personnel matters
  • Health and Safety compliance and Workers Compensation

Strategic Facilities Planning Office

  • Provides for day to day operations of the Air District
  • Development of internal safety protocols
  • Internal Security
  • Maintenance of infrastructure and equipment
  • Library Services
