The Air District is announcing the launch of a web tool that provides searchable information for all the notices of violation, or NOVs, that the agency has issued within the past five years. This new web tool allows the public to access enforcement information concerning NOVs issued to facilities across the Bay Area.

At a public hearing today, the Air District released the 2024 Toxic Air Contaminant Program Annual Report, along with a user-friendly new web page that allows members of the public to view toxic emission data from a comprehensive map of permitted facilities in the Bay Area. 

View air quality complaints that have been received and investigated by the Air District in the past year.

View Notices of Violation issued to facilities as part of the Air District’s compliance and enforcement activities.
