The Air District is aware of a strong odor in the Richmond area. Air District inspectors are investigating and responding to complaints. Follow instructions from local health officials. The Air District’s Incident Report on the odor reported in the Richmond area last night is now available on our website(256 Kb PDF, 2 pgs, posted 2026/10/23).
