Viewing Modes

Air District Board and Committee meetings are now streamed from remote locations. You are invited to attend the live streams of these events, and in some cases submit questions or comments.

If available, choose Watch (Only) to view events in real time and follow along with the agenda in a split screen view. Closed captioning is also provided.* The Watch mode does not provide the ability to submit comments and questions.

If you experience problems, please visit the video streaming help page.

* Closed captioning may contain errors and omissions and is not certified for content or form.

If you wish to submit comments or questions, select the Join option to access the meeting via Zoom. You will enter the meeting as a passive attendee, will be muted, and will not appear on camera, but will have the ability to submit questions to the meeting moderator.

A Zoom account is not required, but you will be prompted to enter your email address and name before entering the meeting.

It is recommended that you use the Zoom app, but you can also view the event in your browser. For additional help, refer to Zoom’s support page.

General Troubleshooting

Problems accessing video content are sometimes caused by local hardware or software issues. Please make sure your browser software is up-to-date. Smartphone and tablet users should make sure they are running the latest version of their device's operating system.

To access web streamed content, we recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari (for Macs) or Edge (for PCs). (Internet Explorer is not supported.)
