Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees would include revisions to the Air District's fee schedules and increases to specific Regulation 3 fees. These amendments would be effective for the Air District’s Fiscal Year Ending (FYE) 2026, which begins on July 1, 2025.
The Air District will hold a hybrid public workshop starting at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 14, 2025. A link to the workshop will be available on the Air District’s main page on the day of the workshop. Draft amendments to Regulation 3 will be posted on or before February 24. We will accept comments on the workshop materials and draft amendments through March 17, 2025. Written and/or email comments may be submitted to:
