Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees were adopted by the Air District's Board of Directors at a public hearing on June 16, 2021:
Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees include revisions to the Air District’s fee schedules and increases to specific Regulation 3 fees. If approved, these amendments would be effective for the Air District’s FYE 2022, which begins on July 1, 2021.
The Air District held a February 18, 2021 public workshop and released draft amendments to Regulation 3. This proposed regulation required two Public Hearings. The first hearing was on April 7, 2021. At the April 7 Public Hearing, the Board of Directors heard testimony on the proposed amendments, with written comments due April 30. At the second hearing on June 16, 2021, the Board of Directors adopted the Regulation 3 amendments, effective July 1 2021.
