Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees were adopted by the Air District's Board of Directors at a public hearing on June 3, 2020:
Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees would include revisions to the Air District’s fee schedules and increases to specific Regulation 3 fees. These amendments would be effective for the Air District’s FYE 2021, which begins on July 1, 2020.
The Air District held a February 18, 2020, public workshop and released draft amendments to Regulation 3. We accepted comments on the workshop materials and draft amendments through March 20, 2020. The Air District also posted a Notice of Public Hearing.
Regulation 3 was on the agenda for two Public Hearings: the first on April 15, 2020, and the second on June 3, 2020. At the April 15 Public Hearing, the Board heard testimony on the proposed amendments. The Air District accepted comments on the public hearing materials and proposed amendments through May 8, 2020. At the June 3 Public Hearing, the proposed amendments were adopted by the Board.
