Regulation 3: Fees - 2023 Amendment (Effective 7/1/2023)

Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees were adopted by the Air District's Board of Directors at a public hearing on June 7, 2023:

Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees include new fees and revisions to specific fee schedules. The proposed amendments were presented and discussed at the Finance & Administration Committee meeting on April 5, 2023 and at the two public hearings. The first public hearing was held on May 3, 2023. Public comment on the proposed draft amendments and associated documents was accepted through May 27, 2023. Responses to comments were sent and are summarized in the Staff Report. At a second public hearing on June 7, 2023, the Board of Directors adopted the Regulation 3 amendments, which are effective July 1, 2023.
