Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees include new fees and revisions to specific fees schedules. The proposed amendments were presented and discussed at two Budget & Finance Committee meetings and at two public hearings. The first public hearing was held on May 4, 2022. Public comment on the proposed draft amendments and associated documents was accepted through May 25, 2022. Responses to comments were sent and are summarized in the Staff Report. At a second hearing on June 15, 2022, the Board of Directors adopted the Regulation 3 amendments, which are effective July 1, 2022.
