The Air District is developing regulation amendments to increase fee revenue and recover a greater share of costs incurred by the Air District in implementing and enforcing regulatory programs for stationary sources of air pollution. Amendments to Regulation 3: Fees would include revisions to the Air District’s fee schedules and increases to specific Regulation 3 fees, and would be effective for the District’s FYE 2019, which begins on July 1, 2018.
The comment period for the proposed amended regulation is now open, and will close on May 9, 2018.
