Webinar: Reimagining Health, Equity, and Climate through Innovative Partnerships

This webinar will feature the Bay Area Healthy Homes Initiative, or BAHHI, a cross-cutting partnership built upon an existing pilot program in Contra Costa County.
Through innovative partnerships with public health departments, regional agencies, and non-profit organizations, BAHHI works to improve health outcomes for residents living in communities disproportionately burdened by air pollution, and to advance climate goals through building decarbonization.
Through this interactive webinar, attendees will engage with one another to discuss local challenges and obstacles to forming cross-sectoral connections and lay the foundation for new interdisciplinary partnerships to advance both climate and community health goals.
