露天焚燒通知和狀態
瞭解灣區允許露天焚燒的方式和時間、可接受的焚燒類型以及通知空氣局的流程。
Due to heavy winter rainfall, the Air District has extended the permissive burn periods for Crop Replacement and Orchard Pruning & Attrition fires until June 30, 2024.
Fill out and submit your Air District Regulation 5 Open Burning Notification forms via the online form. The Air District will no longer accept any FAX notifications effective November 15, 2021. You may submit your Open Burning Notifications via the online link, email, or U.S. mail. See the compliance advisory(227 Kb PDF, 1 pg, revised 2021/10/26) for more details.
Submit a Smoke Management Plan (SMP) via the California Air Resources Board’s Prescribed Fire Information Reporting System (PFIRS). Consult the PFIRS User Guide(2 Mb PDF, 25 pgs, posted 2021/6/10) and Prescribed Burn Procedures(196 Kb PDF, 1 pg, posted 2023/6/27) for details on how to submit an SMP and ignition requests to the Air District.

允許焚燒的類型
為降低煙霧對公眾健康的有害影響，禁止在空氣局的界內露天焚燒，但露天焚燒法規(77 Kb PDF, 13 pgs, revised 2019/11/25)中定義的17種焚燒類型除外。
灣區合法的露天焚燒大部分都是出於農業或自然資源管理的原因。
每種允許焚燒的類型(40 Kb PDF, 1 pg, revised 2015/6/30)只能在一年中的特定時間(40 Kb PDF, 1 pg, revised 2015/6/30)（也稱為其允准焚燒期）進行焚燒，也就是指定焚燒日當天。在某些情況下，空氣局可能會延長允准焚燒期。焚燒也可能會受到當地消防或其他機構的限制。
通知和費用
所有的露天焚燒情況，必須透過下表提供的通知格式通知空氣局。郵寄的通知必須在焚燒前至少五個日曆日蓋上郵戳。關於建築消防訓練的通知必須在焚燒前至少10個工作日蓋上郵戳。
加州林業和消防局 (California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, CAL FIRE) 的部分地區要求在露天焚燒前取得焚燒許可，並進行焚燒堆檢查。聯絡您當地的CAL FIRE地區，以瞭解更多資訊。
合格的農業焚燒類型，可透過農業廢物碎屑計劃，以切碎廢棄物料的方式代替焚燒，從而避免支付露天焚燒費。

- 焚燒前，提交相應的露天焚燒通知表，並支付相關費用 。
- 確認CAL FIRE及其他當地的焚燒限制。
