Public agencies, organizations, and businesses can receive incentive funding to reduce emissions through cleaner vehicles, upgraded equipment, and zero-emission infrastructure.

Small Fleet ZE Truck Program (Voucher Incentive Program)
Port Emission Reduction and Electrification Pilot Program

Commercial Electric Lawn and Garden Equipment Exchange Pilot Program
- Visit the program website to view the application and a list of approved vendors. Applications must be submitted through an approved vendor.

Regulatory Compliance Statement(116 Kb PDF, 1 pg, posted 11/28/2023) - Submit this form along with your application to confirm regulatory compliance. Required for all applications.
Disadvantaged and low-income community designations: The Air District considers the disadvantaged communities and low-income communities as those defined by California Climate Investments (CCI). View a map of these designated areas, and then type into the search box the location address of your project to see if it falls within a Disadvantaged community: CES (yellow), Low-income community (blue), or both (green).
