Joy Massey is committed to developing and implementing equitable and sustainable clean transportation programs and policies that benefit and uplift racialized and low-income communities.
Joy possesses over ten years of professional experience in public health program development, project management processes, data analysis, creation of strategic partnerships, and facilitation of accountable strategic decision-making that centers people, first.
A Bay Area native (Berkeley, CA), Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
