The Air District is extending an air quality advisory for wildfire smoke in the Napa Valley through tomorrow, Thursday, June 2. Smoke from the Old Fire in Napa County is expected to impact the Napa Valley. Isolated pockets of elevated air pollution levels are possible near the fire, however, pollution levels are not expected to exceed the national 24-hour standard. A Spare the Air Alert is not in effect. Smoky, hazy skies may be visible and the smell of smoke may be present in the Napa Valley through Thursday. 

The Air District is issuing an air quality advisory due to smoke from the Crystal Fire in Napa County for today, Wednesday, June 5. Localized smoke impacts are possible near Angwin and may impact the Napa Valley from St. Helena to Calistoga. We will be closely monitoring air quality for smoke impacts from this incident.

The Air District is extending an air quality advisory due to wildfire smoke from the Pickett Fire through tomorrow, August 23. Smoke from the Pickett Fire in Napa County is expected to impact Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties through Saturday. Conditions can change rapidly and the amount and location of smoke at ground level is hard to predict. The public can check for real-time smoke pollution levels in their local area with the U.S. EPA’s Fire and Smoke Map. Smoky, hazy skies may be visible, and the smell of smoke is possible.

Smoke from the Pickett Fire in Napa County is expected to impact Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties through Monday. Conditions can change rapidly and the amount and location of smoke at ground level is hard to predict. Conditions can change rapidly and the amount and location of smoke at ground level is hard to predict. The public can check for real-time smoke pollution levels in their local area with the U.S. EPA’s Fire and Smoke Map. Smoky, hazy skies may be visible, and the smell of smoke is possible.

The Air District is issuing an air quality advisory for wildfire smoke for today, Tuesday, May 31, and tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1. The Air District is issuing an air quality advisory due to wildfire smoke from the Pickett Fire for today, August 21, and tomorrow, August 22. Smoke from the Pickett Fire in Napa County is expected to impact Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties on Thursday and Friday. Conditions can change rapidly and the amount and location of smoke at ground level is hard to predict. The public can check for real-time smoke pollution levels in their local area with the U.S. EPA’s Fire and Smoke Map. Smoky, hazy skies may be visible, and the smell of smoke is possible.

The Air District is extending an air quality advisory for potential smoke in parts of Marin, Western Napa and Sonoma Counties through Wednesday, September 12.

The Air District is issuing an air quality advisory for smoke for the upper portion of the North Bay tomorrow, Friday, November 1, through Sunday. Winds will be light near the fires which will allow some of the smoke to drop south to Windsor, Santa Rosa and potentially northern Napa Valley. Air quality in the upper North Bay will be moderate with some hourly readings in the unhealthy for sensitive groups range on the Air Quality Index scale. For the rest of the Bay Area, air quality is expected to be in the good to moderate range for the rest of the week.

The Air District is extending the Spare the Air Alert for wildfire smoke from the Glass Fire in Napa County and for smog through Monday, September 28, which bans burning wood, manufactured fire logs or any other solid fuel, both indoors and outdoors.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is advising Bay Area residents of the possibility that smoke from the wildfires around California may impact parts of Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Air quality is forecast to be in the good or low moderate category and impacts are expected to be minor.

The  Air District is issuing a Health Advisory & Spare the Air Alert through Thursday, October 19, due to continued smoke impacts from wildfires in the region. Unhealthy air quality from the wildfires continues to plague the eastern Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties. Due to active wildfires and changing wind patterns, air quality throughout the Bay Area could be impacted for many days to come. 

The Air District is extending the Spare the Air Alert due to wildfire smoke from the Glass Fire in Napa and Sonoma counties through Tuesday, October 6, which bans burning wood, manufactured fire logs or any other solid fuel, both indoors and outdoors. Wildfire smoke combined with high inland temperatures and vehicle exhaust may also cause unhealthy smog, or ozone, accumulation in the Bay Area.

The Air District is extending the Spare the Air Alert due to wildfire smoke from the Glass Fire in Napa and Sonoma counties through Friday, October 2, which bans burning wood, manufactured fire logs or any other solid fuel, both indoors and outdoors. Wildfire smoke combined with high inland temperatures and vehicle exhaust may also cause unhealthy smog, or ozone, accumulation in the Bay Area.

The Air District is extending the Spare the Air Alert due to wildfire smoke from the Glass Fire in Napa and Sonoma counties through Saturday, October 10, which bans burning wood, manufactured fire logs or any other solid fuel, both indoors and outdoors. While onshore winds will continue to blow smoke out of much of the Bay Area, localized impacts near the Glass Fire will continue. 

The Air District is extending the Spare the Air Alert due to wildfire smoke from the Glass Fire in Napa and Sonoma counties through Thursday, October 8, which bans burning wood, manufactured fire logs or any other solid fuel, both indoors and outdoors. While onshore winds will continue to blow smoke out of much the Bay Area, localized impacts near the Glass Fire and intermittent impacts in the broader Bay Area will continue.
