The Air District is announcing the launch of a web tool that provides searchable information for all the notices of violation, or NOVs, that the agency has issued within the past five years. This new web tool allows the public to access enforcement information concerning NOVs issued to facilities across the Bay Area.

The Air District has made the draft 2017 Clean Air Plan, Spare the Air, Cool the Climate, available online, on Open Air Forum for comment through March 9.

At a public hearing today, the Air District released the 2024 Toxic Air Contaminant Program Annual Report, along with a user-friendly new web page that allows members of the public to view toxic emission data from a comprehensive map of permitted facilities in the Bay Area. 

For eligible facilities, the Air District’s online permitting system gives regulated industry the ability to submit permit applications, renew permits, update facility information, and access permit documents. The Air District will honor Central Concrete with the Spare the Air Leadership Award on Thursday, May 28, at the 2020 Acterra Business Environmental Awards online awards ceremony. This year’s award ceremony is being be held online in accordance with local shelter-in-place guidelines due to COVID-19.
