Ongoing, intermittent odors and/or flaring are expected near Valero Refinery in Benicia due to shutdown operations. Air District inspectors will be closely monitoring. Report air quality complaints: 800-334-ODOR or online.

Air District to host final open house for new draft refinery rulesOn Monday, September 28, the Air District is hosting the last of a series of open houses to discuss the agency’s four new and amended draft petroleum refinery emissions reduction rules. This open house will be held at Lincoln Elementary School in Richmond starting at 6pm. The public comment period for these rules and amendments closes on Friday, Oct. 2.

Đăng Ký Hoạt Động Nghệ Thuật Đồ HọaNgày 19 tháng 11 năm 2008, Hội Đồng Quản Trị của Cơ Quan Quản Lý Phẩm Chất Không Khí Vùng Vịnh đã thông qua Quy Định 8, Điều Lệ 20, Mục 408: Đăng Ký Cơ Sở Nhỏ. Tất cả các cơ sở có chứa các hoạt động nghệ thuật đồ họa mà tuỳ thuộc vào điều kiện hành chánh này phải đăng ký hoạt động của họ với BAAQMD và nộp lệ phí thích ứng.
