Contra Costa County District Attorney Diana Becton and the Air District’s Chief Counsel, Alexander Crockett, today announced a joint civil enforcement action against the Martinez Refining Company (MRC).

The Air District has issued two separate Compliance Advisories. Any entities that engage in source testing activities or that own, operate, or maintain Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) unit(s) in the Bay Area are encouraged to review these advisories.
