Sáng Kiến Tổ Ấm Lành Mạnh tại Vùng Vịnh, hay BAHHI, là một chương trình nhằm cải thiện sức khỏe của cư dân sống ở những khu vực chịu ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất bởi ô nhiễm không khí do giao thông tại hai quận Contra Costa và Alameda. Chương trình tích hợp nhiều dịch vụ nhằm làm giảm mức độ phơi nhiễm với ô nhiễm không khí và các tác nhân gây hen suyễn khác của người tham gia đồng thời giúp tiết kiệm năng lượng hiệu quả hơn cho ngôi nhà của họ.
